We help businesses stay compliant, improve financial systems, optimize resources, and expand globally with confidence.Role DescriptionWe are hiring Junior Accountants for full-time, on-site roles at our offices in Andheri West, Mumbai and Fort, Mumbai.The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, compliance, audit support, banking, and financial records for multiple companies/clients. The role includes maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial statements, handling bank and cash transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with statutory filings, and supporting audit assignments. The candidate may also be required to visit client locations for audit, accounting, and compliance-related work.Openings2 PositionsWork LocationsAndheri West, MumbaiFort, MumbaiInterview LocationAndheri West, Mumbai onlyKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts and financial records for multiple companies/clientsPrepare ledgers, reconciliations, financial statements, and MIS reportsHandle bank transactions, cash transactions, and daily accounting entriesManage accounts payable and accounts receivablePrepare and maintain bank reconciliation statementsAssist in GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance workHandle Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, and other applicable filings and compliance supportAssist in payroll-related accounting and statutory deductions wherever applicableSupport audit assignments, audit documentation, and client data verificationVisit client locations for audit/accounting/compliance work as requiredCoordinate with clients for documents, data, and regular accounting updatesWork on accounting software and Microsoft ExcelSupport senior team members in client deliverables, reporting, and compliance deadlinesQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related fieldStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparationBasic knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, Professional Tax, PF, and ESIC compliancesProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAbility to manage accounting work for multiple companies/clientsGood analytical skills and attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a teamPrior experience in audit, accounting, bank reconciliation, and statutory filings will be an added advantageEmployment TypeFull-time, On-site
