Job Description

The role is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening the company’s brand identity and overall communication strategy across all internal and external platforms. Key responsibilities include.Developing and implementing integrated corporate communication and branding strategies aligned with business objectives.Managing website upgradation and ensuring regular updates in coordination with project teams to showcase ongoing and completed projects, achievements, and corporate milestonesDeveloping and executing corporate branding initiatives, content creation, public relations activities, website and social media management, and digital marketing strategies.Coordinating with top management, internal stakeholders, and external agencies (creative, digital, PR) to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.Preparing corporate presentations, brochures, credentials, case studies, press releases, and marketing collaterals.Possessing basic knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) aspects relevant to the area of workBeing flexible and open to handling additional corporate communication requirements, including greetings and communication for occasions such as Diwali, Holi, New Year, and other events, as per management requirements.Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and communication standards across all platforms.Working knowledge of design and marketing tools such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar platforms.Preferred SkillsMandatory experience in EPC industry (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), infrastructure, power, oil & gas, industrial projects, or similar project-driven environmentsStrong understanding of EPC business models, project lifecycles, tenders, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication.Experience in managing communication for large-scale projects, including project branding, site communication, and client-facing materialsHands-on knowledge of design and marketing tools such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant platforms.Experience in working with PR agencies, digital partners, and media (preferred).Ability to translate technical/project-related information into clear, impactful communication for internal and external audiences.
