We are seeking a Technical Lead to act as a Force Multiplier , operating at the convergence of high-concurrency systems, LLM orchestration, and rapid product deployment. This is a non-people-management role focused on engineering-driven problem solving . You are the "Swiss Army Knife" deployed to resolve systemic bottlenecks, whether they exist in the inference pipeline, the mobile tech stack, or the technical roadmap.Core Responsibilities Technical Proxy: Represent the CEO in deep-tech syncs across AI/ML and Mobile functions. You will audit technical action items, ensuring the vision is translated into precise engineering requirements and tracked to production. 0-to-1 Technical Execution: Take full ownership of high-priority technical projects—from evaluating third-party API integrations and vector database selection to architecting internal operational tools. Systemic Optimization: Critique product roadmaps through the lens of technical feasibility. You will provide data-driven insights on trade-offs involving latency, tokenization costs, and system architecture to facilitate high-stakes decisions. Engineering Velocity: Act as the technical "glue" between Engineering and Product. You will identify architectural blockers, streamline sprint cycles, and ensure cross-functional alignment to accelerate deployment. The Profile Academic Pedigree: B.Tech or Dual Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field from a Tier-1 institution (IIT/BITS/NIT). Technical IQ: You must be fluent in the mechanics of LLMs (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering), API design, and Mobile framework performance . You understand the deep-tech trade-offs between building proprietary models vs. leveraging existing infrastructure. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a high-growth startup environment where you functioned as a "Generalist Engineer." Extreme Agency: You operate with a "builder" mindset.
