Fresh out of college? The Creation Company is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Social Media Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Egmore, Chennai. You will be responsible for managing clients’ social media accounts, implementing strategies, and monitoring performance metrics. Daily tasks will include coordinating with clients, sharing briefs with designers and copywriters, scheduling content, and staying up to date with the latest social media trends. Qualifications Knowledge of Social Media Marketing & Client Servicing Excellent communication and writing skills Strong awareness of pop culture references Experience in developing and executing content strategies Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions Familiarity with social media management tools Strong organizational and time management skills Please note: Freshers are welcome to apply! A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not compulsory Experience in digital marketing and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube will be considered a plus
