This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon (Gurugram) for a Digital Marketing Executive. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms. This role focuses on driving content generation, funnel nurturing, client engagement, and conversions across the marketing funnel. You will work closely with the core team to strengthen the company’s digital presence and performance. Responsibilities Content & Social Media - Manage and grow presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Leverage Generative AI tools to design, create and execute content aligned with brand strategy by developing engaging copy, campaign ideas, and creative concepts. Campaign Management  - Work closely with the core team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and paid channels. Monitor performance, provide insights to optimise campaigns to improve ROI Performance & Analytics - Track, analyse, and report on campaign and website performance. SEO & Website Optimisation - Use AI tools to improve website content and structure for better search rankings, recommend SEO and UX improvements. Qualification & Expectations Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Digital Marketing 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of branding and marketing communication Ability to analyse competition and suggest improvements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to create engaging brand narratives and content strategies Working proficiency in Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar AI tools) to design, create, and optimise content aligned with brand strategy.
