Job Title: Senior AI Business Development Specialist ( Prefer Pharma or Data Sales) Location: Noida Experience: 2 to 4 Years Reporting to: Business Development Head / CEO This is very high learning for Artificial Intelligent and agentic. This includes working with GCC's , MNC's at senior leadership level for AI transformation. Multiplier AI is India's #1 rated company for AI in Lifesciences working with all top clients such as GSK, Abbott, Galderma, Eli Lilly, Merck, Cipla. This is a sales leadership role, please do not apply if you have not been in sales roles and do not have ability to build a pipeline even if it is moderate size. About the Role We want a person motivated to be a Senior AI Business Development Specialist for GCC and contribute to the US market. We are looking for a proactive and revenue-driven Senior AI Business Development Specialist with a strong Pharma background to support business growth for our AI-powered pharma solutions who have worked with and sold Veeva, Salesforce, IQVIA. The role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, client engagement, meeting scheduling, and closure support , specifically targeting pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare organizations . This position is ideal for professionals who understand pharma commercial functions, marketing, analytics, or digital pharma solutions and want to build a career in AI-driven B2B business development . Key Responsibilities · Identify and research potential business opportunities within pharma, life sciences, and healthcare markets · Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and outbound campaigns · Initiate conversations with pharma stakeholders to understand business challenges and AI solution requirements · Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions with sales leadership and founders · Support revenue generation and lead closure through continuous follow-ups and coordination · Assist in proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and commercial documentation · Maintain accurate lead data and pipeline updates in CRM systems · Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams · Track and report performance metrics such as leads generated, meetings booked, pipeline value, and closures · Support execution of pharma-focused campaigns, webinars, and outreach initiatives Required Skills & Experience · 2+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or revenue roles Mandatory pharma background (pharma marketing, commercial, analytics, digital pharma, or healthcare domain) · Strong understanding of pharma commercial processes, marketing operations, or pharma technology solutions · Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidence in stakeholder interactions · Proven experience in B2B sales cycles and revenue-driven roles · Hands-on experience with: · LinkedIn Sales Navigator · Email outreach tools · CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, or Excel-based CRMs) · AI tools such as ChatGPT · Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations · Strong ownership mindset, follow-up discipline, and target-driven attitude Why Join Us? · Opportunity to work on AI-powered pharma commercial products · Direct exposure to founders and senior decision-makers · High-impact role contributing directly to revenue growth · Strong learning curve in AI, pharma technology, and global B2B sales · Performance-based incentives and long-term career growth
