We are looking for a Message Marketing Specialist who can design, execute, and optimize omnichannel communication journeys across SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, and other messaging platforms . The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools , lead nurturing , API-based integrations , and strong analytical capabilities to drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize message marketing campaigns across: Text Messages (SMS) WhatsApp RCS Email Other digital communication channels Build and manage lead nurturing workflows and customer lifecycle journeys Work with Marketing Automation platforms to set up triggers, journeys, and segmentation Integrate messaging platforms with CRM and backend systems via APIs Monitor and analyze campaign performance (delivery, open rates, CTR, conversions) Optimize messaging logic, frequency, and content based on data insights Coordinate with product, tech, and sales teams for seamless customer communication Ensure compliance with opt-in, DLT, WhatsApp policies, and data privacy norms Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years of experience in Message Marketing / Lifecycle Marketing / Marketing Automation Strong hands-on knowledge of: SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email marketing Omnichannel communication strategies Experience using Marketing Automation tools Understanding of API-based communication and system integrations Experience in lead nurture campaigns and funnel-based messaging Good analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data and reports Ability to troubleshoot delivery, engagement, and conversion issues
