Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, build strong creator relationships, and enhance brand visibility through impactful collaborations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of social media trends. Key Responsibilities 1. Influencer Strategy & Management Identify and onboard relevant micro and macro influencers across platforms like Instagram and YouTube Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and agencies Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand and business goals 2. Negotiation & Campaign Tracking Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and usage rights for paid and barter collaborations Track campaign performance, contracts, deliverables, and payments Ensure timely content delivery and adherence to brand guidelines Manage content approvals and provide feedback for quality control 3. Market Trends & Analysis Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and emerging content formats Analyze influencer performance metrics such as Reach, Engagement, Views, and CPM Conduct competitor analysis and suggest optimization strategies Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystem Language Requirement (Mandatory): Fluency in English and Hindi Proficiency in any two: Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam Preferred Skills Experience with influencer marketing tools or tracking sheets Creative mindset with strong trend awareness Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
