Calibr.AI is seeking a Business Development Associate / L&D Solutions Associate to support the sales team in business development and client engagement activities. This job role provides practical exposure to sales operations, market research, and customer relationship management. Location: Remote / Work from Home / Bangalore (HSR layout)  Job Title: Business Development Associate / L&D Solutions Associate Job Type: Full Time / Internship  No. of Job Openings: 4 Working Days: 6 days per week (Mon - Sat)  Working Hours: 09:30 AM - 6:30PM (Total 9 Hours) Total Productive Hours - 8 hours (Excluding 1 hour Break)  Compensation:  For both Interns and Full Time Employees, the first 3 months will be training / internship. First 3 Months:  ₹22,000 / month (₹15,000 Base + ₹10,000 Performance Incentive) Post 3 Months Training Period: ₹2.2 Lakh PA (Base) + ₹1.8 Lakh PA (Performance Incentives) Why Join Calibr.AI Opportunity to work closely with a small, seasoned team. Key Responsibilities:  Make daily outbound sales calls to potential customers Pitch company products/services clearly and confidently Explain benefits, pricing, and offers to prospect Handle objections and answer customer questions Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets Report call performance and conversion rates Skills Required: Excellent spoken and verbal skills Ability to persuade and negotiate Ability to work under stress Ability to work in a team Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated
