Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This individual will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify opportunities, delivering engaging presentations to prospective clients, and building strong communication channels to foster relationships with stakeholders. The role requires strategic thinking and active participation in growth initiatives to drive the company’s expansion and success. Qualifications Proficiency in Presentation Skills and ability to develop and deliver impactful Presentations Strong expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
