Onni Group is seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and alignment with business objectives across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and performance analytics , along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent, high-quality content that reflects Onni Group’s brand identity. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) . Plan, maintain, and execute monthly social media calendars , ensuring timely and consistent posting. Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and short-form content aligned with brand guidelines. Content Creation & Brand Management Collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams to produce high-quality creative assets. Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social media channels. Adapt messaging to resonate with different audience segments. Analytics & Performance Tracking Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools. Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and conversions. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize content and campaign performance. Market Awareness & Optimization Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitor activity, and platform updates. Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and emerging formats to enhance social media effectiveness. Execution & Communication Manage multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines. Communicate clearly with stakeholders to align content with campaign goals and timelines. Qualifications 4–7 years of professional experience managing social media for brands or organizations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field . Demonstrated experience exclusively in organic social media marketing only Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement strategies . Experience with social media analytics and performance reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
