Convert leads into sales by convincing parents, players, coaches and organisers. Perform field testing and structured feedback reporting for products and ordering flow. Job Specification: • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in cricket coaching, cricket playing experience, including league participation. Additionally, experience in field sales—and activation activities - events, product demonstrations, and field marketing will be an added advantage. • Education: Graduate in Marketing, Sports Management, or relevant field. • Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities & Accountability: • Visit assigned cricket academies, grounds, turfs, leagues, schools, and colleges to drive on- ground presence and brand visibility. • Plan and execute activation activities such as demo days, trial sessions, sampling, and promotional stalls. • Conduct product demonstrations and communicate key benefits in a simple and convincing manner. • Coordinate with organizers and coaches for permissions, scheduling, and seamless on- ground setup. • Generate leads from parents, players, coaches, team captains, tournament organizers, and turf/ground owners. • Build long-term relationships and strong referral networks within the cricket ecosystem. • Maintain an active contact database and follow-up pipeline to drive conversions. • Convert leads into sales by explaining product safety, quality, durability, and performance benefits, especially to parents. • Recommend suitable products based on age, skill level, and playing format (tennis ball or leather ball), and handle price objections through value-based comparisons. • Close sales through on-the-spot bookings via the Sportsal app, WhatsApp follow-ups, calls, and repeat visits. • Upsell and cross-sell relevant items such as kits, shoes, jerseys, protective gear, balls, and accessories. • Leverage cricket playing or coaching experience to suggest role-specific products for batters, bowlers, and all-rounders, building credibility during activations. • Conduct product testing in real field conditions and collect structured feedback from players, coaches, and parents. • Identify and report product or app-related issues with clear details, supporting evidence, and priority levels. • Submit daily reports covering visits, leads, conversions, revenue, feedback, and key market insights including competitor activity and pricing trends.
