Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development - Venue Partnerships professional, located in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and onboarding venue partners, conducting market research to uncover partnership opportunities, and driving lead generation efforts. The individual will communicate with potential partners, negotiate deals, and build strong, sustainable relationships with venue owners. Collaborating with internal teams, the candidate will work to enhance the venue portfolio and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging and building relationships with venue partners Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify partnership opportunities Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating partnership performance and identifying growth opportunities Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with the wedding or event planning industry is a plus
