Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Cum Business Development Executive, located in Bengaluru, Whitefield. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and conducting market research to target new opportunities. The role involves preparing and delivering compelling presentations, communicating effectively with potential and existing clients, and contributing to business growth initiatives through active sales outreach and client interactions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels Understand customer goals and recommend suitable Forex trading programs Drive end-to-end sales cycle : lead qualification → counselling → follow-ups → closure Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Schedule and coordinate demo sessions/webinars to improve conversion rates Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM systems Follow up with prospective students and nurture leads for conversion Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth onboarding and positive student experience Collaborate with internal teams (mentors/operations) for seamless execution Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline 1+ years of experience in B2C Sales (EdTech / Course Sales preferred) Strong experience in lead handling, follow-ups, and conversion Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Comfortable working in a high-volume calling and fast-paced environment Strong objection-handling and closing skills Basic interest in Forex/Stock Market (training will be provided)
