We work with leading brands and agencies to make influencer marketing measurable and efficient. About the Role We are looking for an AI Automation who can help streamline and automate workflows across marketing, sales, and customer success teams. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency by building complex automations, managing integrations between tools, and maintaining clean and reliable data across systems. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage AI Automation workflows across marketing, sales, and customer success tools. Ensure leads from forms, campaigns, and other channels are captured, assigned, and followed up properly. Support the sales team by setting up task alerts, reminders, and simple workflow triggers. Assist in integrating tools and maintaining automation between CRM, marketing platforms, and other internal systems. Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards for leads, pipeline tracking, and conversion metrics. Document workflows and processes so systems remain easy to understand and maintain. Skills: MAndatory working experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Understanding of APIs, webhooks, or tool integrations. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean data. Good problem-solving and system-thinking skills. Good to Have: Knowledge of SQL, Python, or JavaScript. Experience working with automation workflows or integrations between AI SaaS tools. Interest in AI tools or automation-driven workflows.
