Job Description: Brand Strategy & Architecture Define and evolve the brand architecture and identity systems for the group and sub-brands. Create and update brand guidelines, messaging pillars, tone frameworks, and visual consistency standards . Build a compelling brand narrative aligned with business goals across global markets. Creative Direction & Visual Identity Lead concept development for logos, campaigns, rebranding, and digital design ecosystems . Oversee visual strategy for social media, digital brand presence, events, presentations, and motion graphics . Review all creative outputs for accuracy, aesthetics, and strategic alignment. Communication & Content Narrative Develop internal and external communication frameworks that unify messaging across teams. Collaborate with content, SEO, outbound, and product teams to maintain consistent narratives. Support development of high-quality brand films, decks, storylines, podcasts, and leadership communication . PR, Media & Awards Manage collaboration with external PR agencies for media visibility and reputation building. Identify and execute participation in industry awards, recognitions, certifications & listings . Prepare PR-worthy assets including press releases, interviews, founder stories, and award submissions . Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with CXOs, sales, HR, and product teams to ensure alignment of brand strategy with business goals . Manage multi-brand communication harmony across divisions and international teams. Team Leadership Lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, brand strategists, and creative managers . Establish workflows, creative review processes, and output standards. Brand Performance & Reporting Track key metrics: awareness, recall, engagement, share of voice, PR coverage, recognition footprint . Present structured brand performance dashboards and insights to leadership teams. Technology, Tools & AI Implement and refine workflows via project management tools . Leverage AI for creative ideation, content refinement, visual exploration, and speed enhancement .
