About the Role: This is a Founder’s Office role focused on Business Development Associate and early GTM . You will work directly with the founder on: Customer conversations Product demos Deal progression Messaging and positioning This is not a traditional sales role . It’s designed for someone who wants to learn: How to sell a deep, technical SaaS product to engineering leaders — from scratch. What You’ll Do: Customer Conversations & Demos Join and gradually lead product demos with DevOps / Engineering teams Understand customer infrastructure, use cases, and pain points Translate technical problems into clear business conversations Deal & Pipeline Ownership Drive follow-ups and ensure momentum across deals Track conversations across stages and identify blockers Work closely with the founder to move deals forward GTM Thinking & Execution Help refine messaging, positioning, and outreach strategies Contribute to improving how we sell — not just executing tasks Assist in shaping early GTM experiments Account Research & Preparation Research target companies, teams, and infrastructure setups Prepare sharp, insightful briefs before demos Identify relevant pain points and talking points What We’re Looking For: Have 2–4 years of experience in pre-sales, sales ops, consulting, or SaaS sales support MBA from a strong institution (Tier 1 / Tier 2 preferred) OR equivalent exposure 0–2 years experience in SaaS, consulting, or business roles Strong communication skills — ability to simplify complex ideas Structured thinking and attention to detail High ownership mindset and willingness to learn fast Good to Have Exposure to B2B SaaS / sales / product roles Basic understanding of cloud / DevOps (or strong willingness to learn) Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) What You’ll Gain Direct exposure to founder-led sales and GTM strategy Learn how to sell into DevOps and engineering teams Build strong fundamentals in B2B SaaS selling Opportunity to grow into a core GTM / sales role early Why Join Opsolute?
