Job Title: Manager - Market Research and Strategy Consulting Location: Gurgaon, Haryana CTC: upto 16,00,000 per annum Role Overview: Responsible for leading Market research initiatives that provide actionable insights into markets, competitors, and customers. This role involves managing end-to-end research projects, interpreting data, and presenting findings to support strategic decision-making, product development, and business growth. Helping Clients to take decisions for India Entry. Key Responsibilities: • Communicating directly with the clients as and when required to understand and document the business objectives. • Formulating analysis plans and acquiring client sign-off. • Conducting in-depth research through primary sources. • Conducting in-depth data analysis and research using an intelligent mix of primary and secondary sources. • Designing or assisting in the development of questionnaire and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured. • Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations. • Making presentations, answering questions and instilling confidence in the clients. • Helping the client in organization setup and implementation assistance in India. • Travelling across cities for collection of relevant data. • Deriving meaningful insights from the collected data to add value to the client’s business. Qualifications & Skills: • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field. • 5–8 years of relevant experience in market research, consumer insights, or business intelligence. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data • Experience with survey design, focus groups, and advanced data analysis techniques. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying insights to stakeholders. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
