Learn more at We are seeking an innovative, data-driven, and highly technical AI Growth Hacker to accelerate our user acquisition, product adoption, and market expansion. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in GenAI/LLMs, a deep understanding of product-led growth, and a relentless focus on structured experimentation. You will lead zero-to-one growth execution, build scalable AI-enabled automation systems, and leverage data to optimize every stage of the customer journey. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven healthcare, driving measurable impact across enterprise-scale deployments. --- Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Experimentation Lead zero-to-one growth execution and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our AI-first healthcare products. Design and execute structured experiments to optimize user journeys, improve funnel performance, and drive product-led growth. Combine hands-on execution with rigorous testing to deliver measurable outcomes in acquisition, conversion, and retention. AI-Driven Automation & Workflows Build and scale automation systems across marketing, sales, and customer onboarding workflows. Leverage LLMs, RAG, LangChain, and low-code platforms to automate internal operations, reduce manual effort, and drive operational efficiency. Launch AI-powered growth initiatives that enhance personalization, accelerate lead generation, and optimize sales workflows. Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams to shape product positioning, competitive differentiation, and launch strategies. Act as the bridge between technical AI capabilities and customer value, ensuring our Agentic AI solutions solve real healthcare pain points and speed up translation of features into benefits. Provide data-driven insights to influence product development, backlog prioritization, and roadmap execution in an agile environment. Data Analytics & Performance Tracking Monitor, analyze, and report on key growth metrics, focusing on daily active users (DAUs), revenue growth, conversion improvements, and funnel drop-offs. Utilize tools like Mixpanel, GA4, and SQL for product discovery and data-driven decision-making. Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in growth hacking, AI product management, or technical growth roles, preferably within SaaS, enterprise tech, or early-stage AI startups. Deep technical foundation and hands-on experience with AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents. Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes (e.g., scaling daily active users, 2x+ revenue/lead growth, and significant operational efficiency gains). Strong expertise in building scalable automation systems and establishing AI-enabled growth foundations. Proficiency in product analytics and data tools to drive experimentation. Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling customer value propositions and sales enablement materials. Self-motivated, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that values speed and measurable impact. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Prior experience building or scaling AI-powered enterprise or government platforms is highly desirable. Experience in the healthcare, dental, or RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) industry is a strong plus. Track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex business requirements.
