Professional market research and analytics experience of at least 3 years · Should have an experience of managing end to end reports independently. · Data Analyst, expected to bring strong analytical capability, with preferable domain expertise in Social. · Should possess good verbal and written communication skills and should be a good team player. · This role requires to adhere to the timelines and to be proactive to understand the brand products/services. · This role involves a complete Social Media Listening life cycle related activity like understanding brief from the client, asking relevant questions to seek clarity, creating queries using Boolean operators, performing topic testing, improving queries, analysing data, and creating presentation/documents/reports as required by stakeholders. · Should be able to create reports around Competitive Analysis, Brand Analysis, Persona building, Campaign analysis, Analysing Consumer Journey, Trend reports and other reports on different social media subjects. · Data Visualization techniques will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities: · Understand and articulate business problems into logical solutions providing the required output. · Formulate business problems, current web/social trends and provide results & recommendations. · Provide text analytics solutions & Social Listening Solutions to the stakeholders using the given tools. · Providing Detailed & Insightful social media listening reports for Industry, Brand & Competition to help brand managers with their business strategies. · Hands-on in the data management and data analysis tasks · Ensure timely delivery of the project with high quality deliverables and smooth day-to-day operations of project. · Proactively resolve all project-related issues · Adherence to all compliance requirements. · Provide inputs to the delivery manager. · Propose solutions and strategies to business challenge Technical Knowledge & Skills: · SM tools – Brandwatch, Konnect Insights, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, if not then any other similar tools · Digital Analytics tool - SEMrush · Online Reputation Management (ORM), Social Media Listening & Analytics · Power BI · MS Excel, MS PowerPoint . Up to date with social media industry trends and developments · Hands-on experience with social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram · Platform Analytics of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube & Instagram Knowledge & Experience: · Total of 3-4 relevant years of experience · Experience with Market Research or Social Media Listening & Analytics · Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint · Data Analytics and effective Insight Writing experience is a must. · MBA preferred. . Power BI experience preferred.
