Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads to achieve defined performance objectives, including conversions and ROI. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business goals. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against established KPIs. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to enhance campaign effectiveness and spend efficiency. Ensure effective management of multiple campaigns with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital/performance marketing. Strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Demonstrated analytical ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
