As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building customer relationships, and managing sales strategies. Key activities include promoting products, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales training, and overseeing sales operations. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, managing client accounts, and contributing to overall business growth. Qualifications Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively understand client needs and deliver solutions Experience in Sales and Sales Management to lead initiatives and drive business outcomes Proficiency in Training to build and guide sales teams for achieving organizational goals Strong networking capabilities and a customer-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the automotive or detailing industry is an advantage Ability to adapt to an on-site team environment and demonstrate excellent collaborative skills
