Key Responsibilities: • Support Chennai franchisees in executing marketing activities. • Conduct presentations for new and existing parents to promote SIP Abacus programs. • Motivate and convince franchisees to invest in marketing initiatives. • Work towards increasing student admissions across centres. • Identify and sign up new schools for marketing campaigns and promotional activities. • Coordinate and support local marketing campaigns with franchise partners. Other Criteria : Experience : 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. Industry background – EdTech, insurance, telecom & banking sector. • Should be proactive, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with parents and school authorities. • Own two-wheeler for travel. • Willingness to travel within Chennai for marketing and business development activities.
