Job Summary We are hiring a highly motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) with a strong focus on sales and revenue generation . The role requires aggressive lead conversion, achieving targets, and consistently closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits, and networking Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Handle complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure Conduct sales calls, meetings, product presentations, client meetings & presentations Follow up regularly with prospects to drive conversions and close deals Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize sales Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure continuous business flow Focus on increasing revenue and improving conversion ratio Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services Track market trends and competitor activities Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding closure targets.
