Role Description We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help onboard clinics and small hospitals onto our healthcare management platform. Responsibilities: Visit clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers to introduce our product Demonstrate the software to doctors, receptionists, and administrators Generate leads and schedule product demos Follow up with potential clients and convert them into paying customers Build relationships with local healthcare providers Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in sales (healthcare/pharma preferred) Strong communication skills in local language and basic English Comfortable with field work and daily travel Basic understanding of mobile apps/software Self-driven and target-oriented Compensation: 25k + performance-based incentives per successful onboarding Preferred: Experience as a medical representative (MR) or healthcare sales
