Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Associate. In this position, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and create tailored business plans to address client needs. The consultant will also actively perform lead generation, analyze market trends, and provide strategic insights to enhance business growth. Collaborating across teams, the consultant will play a significant role in delivering impactful solutions for clients and contributing to company objectives. Qualifications Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive organizational growth. Competence in Consulting and Business Planning to provide tailored insights and strategic solutions. Strong Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. Ability to get on Discovery calls and do follow ups Hands on Experience with Linkedln Sales Navigator, Lusha and Apollo are mandatory Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Work experience in related industries or roles is a plus.
