Founded in 1938, the business is now evolving into a retail-led, omnichannel brand across stores, D2C, marketplaces, and exports—taking regional Indian snacks to a national and global audience. Role Context Performance marketing has been managed through an external agency so far. We are now bringing this capability in-house to build a more scalable, data-driven growth engine. What You’ll Own Transition from agency to in-house Meta, Google, and paid channels end-to-end CAC, ROAS, LTV and revenue growth Creative testing and performance insights Tracking, attribution, and reporting systems Building a small in-house team over time Who This Is For 3–6 years in performance marketing (D2C preferred) Strong hands-on with Meta and Google Ads Experience scaling campaigns, not just managing them Comfortable with ownership and fast-paced environments Ability to think both analytically and creatively Why This Role Build the system, not inherit one Direct exposure to business and decision-making Clear ownership of revenue outcomes Opportunity to scale a legacy brand into a modern growth story
