The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Brand Associate who understands that in B2B and high-consideration categories, brand building happens through consistency and execution - not campaigns alone. You will be the bridge between strategy and market reality. Part thinker. Part operator. Fully accountable. What You’ll Own - Brand Execution Across Markets Translate brand strategy into on-ground action across cities and verticals. Ensure every touchpoint — store, sales deck, campaign, partnership material — reflects the same clarity and credibility. - Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with content, design, performance marketing, and external agencies to ensure brand-aligned execution. Manage timelines, approvals, and rollout with discipline. - B2B Brand Systems Support development of: Positioning narratives Sales decks and one-pagers Marketing communication Partnership materials Event branding - Market & Customer Insight Spend time in the field — understand how drivers think, how fleet owners evaluate, how enterprise buyers question. Bring real insights back into communication. - Category Credibility Ensure our communication reflects operational strength — not marketing exaggeration. Brand at Turno must always feel grounded, helpful, and honest. What We’re Looking For 4–6 years in brand/marketing roles, preferably in B2B or high-consideration sectors Strong execution mindset — you get things done Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams Ability to translate business strategy into clear brand communication Comfortable with travel and on-ground exposure Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented Note: This is a full-time, work-from-office role. Remote or work-from-home options are not available.
