About the Role We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Strategist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our social media presence across all platforms. You will craft compelling narratives, build community, analyze performance, and translate insights into strategic action — helping our brand grow its digital footprint and deepen audience relationships. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and own the end-to-end social media strategy aligned with overall business goals. Create and manage a content calendar across platforms including Instagram, , X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Identify trends, emerging platforms, and audience insights to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Collaborate with brand, PR, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels. Content Creation & Management Lead creation of engaging content — copy, visuals, short-form video, reels, stories, and more. Partner with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality assets. Manage content publishing, scheduling, and real-time community engagement. Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity are consistently applied across all channels. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Leverage platform analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics , Youtube CTR) to optimize performance. Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Run A/B tests on content formats, posting times, and ad creatives to improve results. Paid Social & Campaign Management Plan and manage paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok Ads, and more. Optimize ad targeting, budgets, and creatives to maximize ROI. Coordinate influencer partnerships, collaborations, and brand ambassador programs. Qualifications & Requirements Required 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proven track record of growing brand presence and driving engagement on major platforms. Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for compelling visuals. Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar). Experience with paid social advertising on Meta and LinkedIn. Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and their relationship to social content. Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to make strategic decisions. Preferred Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar). Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Background in influencer marketing or brand partnerships. Knowledge of social Media features (Instagram , TikTok , Youtube). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
