Email Marketing Specialist We’re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to own and execute outbound and lifecycle email campaigns end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for building targeted prospect databases, running high-performing email sequences, and continuously optimising campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline. What You'll Do: Own end-to-end email campaigns, from list building to copywriting, execution, and optimisation Build and manage outbound sequences/cadences across tools like Apollo, Instantly, and HubSpot Scrape, research, and enrich prospect data to create high-quality, targeted databases Conduct market and account research to identify ideal customer profiles and messaging angles Write compelling, personalised email copy that drives replies and conversions Analyse campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and iterate quickly Collaborate with founders/sales to align messaging with GTM priorities What We're Looking For: Experience in SaaS or B2B outbound marketing Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot (or similar outbound/automation platforms) Strong understanding of email deliverability, sequencing, and outbound best practices Experience in data scraping, enrichment, and building lead databases from scratch Ability to conduct structured market research and translate insights into campaigns Excellent writing skills-clear, concise, and conversion-focused Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation and iteration Understanding of CRM workflows and sales handoffs  Think you're a good fit?
