Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location : Gurugram/ Bengaluru Experience: 1+Years Department: Sr Business Development Associate / Sales About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing tech landscape. The role requires a strong customer-centric approach to understand career goals and position the right solutions accordingly. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, consistent in daily inputs & outputs, and committed to exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities Reach out to prospective customers through calls and follow-ups Understand customer requirements and qualify their career goals Guide prospects through available tech programs/services Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing prospects Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and conversion targets Maintain accurate daily input/output metrics Update and manage leads in CRM tools (LSQ preferred) Build strong relationships with prospects through consultative selling Must-Have Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / IT Services Undergraduate degree in any stream (Preferred: B.Tech) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong passion for sales and target achievement Preliminary knowledge of LSQ (LeadSquared) or similar CRM tools Highly committed attitude toward daily performance metrics Good-to-Have Expertise in K12 and above domain Experience handling Tech products Prior exposure to IT services Experience handling a ticket size greater than ₹50K Key Competencies Target-oriented mindset Strong persuasion & negotiation skills Customer-centric approach Discipline in follow-ups Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
