Position Overview: The Customer Relationship Specialist will play a crucial role in managing regular communications with the customers. The ideal candidate will be an engineer or an MBA with strong skills in MS Office, excellent communication abilities, and experience in Management Information Systems (MIS). This role requires acting as a communication bridge between production, customers, finance, and sales to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the point of contact for delivery & completion of sales cycle. Collaborate with production, finance, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner. Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation. Manage and analyze customer data using MIS to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA 3 to 6 years of experience in the CRM domain Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in Management Information Systems (MIS). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Knowledge of the robotics industry is a plus.
