Role Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who will support day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across Meta and Google, with a focus on customer acquisition and performance efficiency.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how performance marketing works in a fast-scaling D2C environment. Key Responsibilities Execute and monitor campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Track daily performance metrics such as spend, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions Identify issues across the funnel: ad → landing page → conversion Assist in launching and tracking creative tests (statics, videos, messaging angles) Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets Maintain trackers for: Campaign changes Creative testing Performance reporting Support budget pacing and ensure smooth campaign execution without errors Share weekly updates with key insights and observations What Success Looks Like Campaigns are executed accurately and on time Improvement in key metrics like CPA and conversion rate Consistent contribution to creative testing and learnings Ability to spot performance issues early and escalate proactively Clear, structured communication of performance updates Skills & Qualifications Must-Have: 1–3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing Basic understanding of key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate Comfort working with numbers and data Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and take ownership Good-to-Have: Exposure to Meta Ads / Google Ads platforms Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools Basic understanding of D2C funnels and customer journeys What We’re Looking For Someone who is curious and asks the right questions Ability to think beyond execution and understand why performance changes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment Strong ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Why Join Kapiva Opportunity to work on a high-growth D2C brand in the health & wellness space Hands-on exposure to large-scale performance marketing budgets Learn directly from a team that values data, experimentation, and execution excellence Be part of a brand that is shaping the future of modern Ayurveda
