Thrillophilia is looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join our team in Jaipur! Location: Jaipur (On-site) Stipend: ₹15,000/month Duration: 3–6 months (with potential full-time opportunity) What You’ll Do Assist in executing paid campaigns across Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA & ROAS Analyze campaign data and generate insights & reports Support A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis Collaborate with design & content teams for campaign creatives Who Can Apply Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, or related fields Basic understanding of digital/performance marketing Familiarity with ad platforms or analytics tools is a plus Strong analytical mindset & proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience managing live campaigns Exposure to performance marketing tools & strategies Mentorship from industry professionals Opportunity to transition into a full-time role
