Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation. Shift time : 6.30 pm to 3.30 Am Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records in CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in business development / sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in lead generation and cold outreach Basic understanding of the sales process and funnel Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Target-driven and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
