Backed by Accel, we are in active growth mode across the Salesforce partner ecosystem. About the Role: We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our GTM team. Your responsibilities will revolve around identifying and researching the right personas, running structured outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone, & converting senior decision-makers at Salesforce implementation partners into qualified pipeline for HighRev.ai. You will work directly with the Head of Sales. This role requires night shift availability to align with North American and European business hours. Responsibilities: Build and maintain targeted prospect lists segmented by ICP criteria: partner size, Salesforce certification count, and practice focus Research accounts before reaching out and personalise every touchpoint to the persona and context Execute multi-channel outbound sequences across LinkedIn, email, and phone with consistent follow-up Conduct cold and warm outbound calls to senior B2B personas, navigate gatekeepers, and convert calls into qualified discovery conversations or demo bookings Hold early-stage conversations confidently, qualify intent, and pass to senior sales with the right context What are we looking for: Experience 1 to 2 years of outbound business development experience in B2B SaaS or the Salesforce ecosystem Demonstrated track record of booking meetings with senior decision-makers Prior experience working in night shift serving the US market Tools Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account research and list building Working knowledge of tools for sequence building, email outreach, and contact enrichment (Apollo.io or similar) Comfortable using cold outreach tools and executing outbound calls into North American prospects Skills and Attributes Sharp written communication, comfortable cold calling senior personas, self-directed and organised, intellectually curious, coachable.
