Job Title: Content Strategist Experience: 5–10 Years Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore (Hybrid Work from Office) Team: Marketing – Growth & Brand Storytelling Role Overview We’re looking for a Content Strategist who blends strategic thinking with bold storytelling and a strong performance mindset. This role is ideal for someone who can turn complex enterprise technology concepts into content that enterprise buyers actually want to read, share, and act on. What You’ll Do Build Content Strategy That Drives Business Own and evolve Sonata’s end‑to‑end content strategy—from awareness to conversion Design content journeys for enterprise buyers who are research‑heavy and skeptical Proactively identify content gaps, trends, and emerging opportunities Turn Complexity into Clarity Translate topics like Agentic AI, AgentBridge, GCC, platformation, and digital transformation into human‑first narratives Create content that stands out—never generic, never buzzword‑heavy Develop POVs, thought leadership, and storytelling that positions Sonata as a leader in AI‑led transformation Lead ABM & Campaign Storytelling Create hyper‑personalized content for strategic and high‑value accounts Partner with Sales and Demand Gen to develop content that opens doors and accelerates deals Power campaigns with assets that convert, not just decorate Drive SEO & Content Performance Improve organic visibility while staying true to brand voice Use analytics and insights to scale high‑performing content and retire what doesn’t work Track and optimize metrics like engagement, pipeline impact, and influence Shape Meaningful Thought Leadership Help leaders and executives sound as visionary as they are Build narratives around AI, modernization, enterprise reinvention, and future‑ready platforms Create content that earns attention rather than demanding it Collaborate Without Chaos Work cross‑functionally with SMEs, designers, sales teams, and agencies Act as the connector between ideas, execution, and outcomes Experience & Skills Required: 5–10 years of experience in content strategy or content marketing (B2B tech preferred) A strong portfolio demonstrating influence—not just writing ability Solid understanding of enterprise technology, AI, data, or digital transformation Experience with ABM, campaign content, and multi‑channel storytelling Comfort using tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, CMS, and marketing automation tools Bonus Points If You Can make a whitepaper feel like a page‑turner Have strong opinions about bad content—and the courage to fix it Know how to balance creativity with conversion Why Join Sonata?
