We are looking for an Email Marketing Principal who will own and elevate our email-led growth engine. This role sits at the intersection of messaging, data, and execution, and is instrumental in improving conversion across the marketing-to-sales funnel from MQL to SQL. You will be responsible for shaping how we engage prospects through email at scale, optimizing funnel performance across regions, and driving strategic initiatives that directly impact the pipeline. One of your priority charters will be strengthening email-driven funnel performance in EMEA , North America, and APAC with a mandate to scale successful learnings globally. This is a hands-on role with high ownership, visibility, and impact. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution across cold outreach, nurture, reactivation, and pipeline acceleration programs. Continuously refine email messaging, sequencing, and targeting to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel . Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies from MQL to SQL , and drive data-backed solutions to close gaps. Design, maintain, and leverage email and funnel dashboards to track engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact. Partner with Demand Generation, Content, and Sales teams to deliver scalable, repeatable programs. Lead regional and GTM-specific email initiatives (e.g., country or region-focused campaigns within EMEA, North America, and APAC). Run structured experimentation across copy, subject lines, cadence design, segmentation, and infrastructure and iterate fast. Ensure strong fundamentals around deliverability, compliance, list hygiene, and sender reputation . You Are a Great Fit If : You think in funnels and outcomes. Experience & Tools 3–4 years of experience in Email Marketing within a B2B environment. Hands-on experience with: Smartlead HubSpot Snowflake Salesforce Experience in B2B SaaS , especially enterprise or mid-market, is a strong advantage.
