Responsibilities: -Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential B2B and B2C clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events. -Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our enterprise training courses and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients. -Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our training courses. -Proposal Development: Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients. -Sales Cycles Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to our customer success team for implementation. -Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. -Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities. -Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance. Qualifications: - Minimum of 8-10 years of successful B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in the education or training industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. - Proficiency in using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and Microsoft Office suite. - The capability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions. - A positive, proactive, and resilient attitude towards challenges and opportunities. - Must be a data driven professional with experience in CRM, Marketing and Sales related softwares etc. - Flexible to interact with clients in different timezones
