Position:  Marketing Executive  Salary:  3-4 LPA (Negotiable - Commensurate with candidate profile and experience)  Experience:  1.5+ years  Employment Type:  Full-time  Work Timings:  9:15 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.  Location:  Mohali, Chandigarh   Job Summary   Bioage Technologies designs and manufactures fermenters, bioreactors, lab equipment, and downstream processing equipment for customers across biotech, biopharma, food, pharma, agriculture, and research segments in India and growing export markets. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and marketing campaigns for BIOAGE's fermenter, bioreactor, water purification, and downstream processing product lines - working closely with the Business Development, Technical Sales, and R&D teams.  Key Responsibilities   Digital Presence, Content & PR:  Plan, create, and publish consistent content across BIOAGE's LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms -including posts, short-form reels, product highlights, application stories, and facility content - and manage BIOAGE's presence in relevant industry publications and awards applications, including tailored messaging for export markets.  Lead Generation Campaigns:  Execute paid and organic lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms; track campaign performance, qualify inbound leads, and route marketing-qualified leads to the Business Development and Technical Sales teams through CRM.  Marketing Collateral & Sales Enablement:  Produce and maintain a library of customer-facing collateral: product brochures, datasheets, application notes, case studies, capability decks, and pitch presentations covering BIOAGE's fermenters, bioreactors, water purification, downstream processing, and specialty instrument product lines, using in-house design templates.  New Product Launches:  Work with the R&D team to plan and execute go-to-market activities for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, launch collateral, announcement campaigns, and early-adopter customer identification.  Website & Digital Assets:  Coordinate the development, launch, and ongoing updates of BIOAGE's corporate website in collaboration with external web development and SEO agencies; manage product pages, the resource library, blog, and content updates to international B2B standards.  Trade Shows & Events:  Plan and coordinate BIOAGE's participation in industry exhibitions (Analytica Lab India, Pharmac, CPhI, iPHEX, and similar) - booth design, collateral, giveaways, pre-event campaigns, lead capture systems, and post-event nurture while supporting the Business Development team who leads on-ground customer engagement.  In-House Photography & Video:  Produce regular short-form video content (LinkedIn reels, product highlights, customer testimonials, facility snippets) using phone-based videography and basic editing tools; coordinate with professional videography vendors for larger projects such as product catalogue shoots and facility walkthroughs.  Vendor Management & Reporting:  Manage external vendors website developers, SEO agencies, graphic designers, videographers, printers, exhibition stall contractors ensuring quality, timelines, and budget control; track and report key marketing metrics (website traffic, social engagement, campaign performance, MQLs generated, cost per lead, event ROI) on a monthly basis to the Director of Strategic Operations.  Qualifications & Requirements   Education:  Bachelor's degree or above in Biotechnology , Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific/technical discipline is strongly preferred. An additional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or MBA (Marketing) is a plus.   Experience:  1.5 + years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial equipment, lab equipment, biotech, pharma, process industry, or adjacent technical sectors.  Skills:   Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar).  Working knowledge of a CRM system.  Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools to produce collateral from pre-built templates.  Comfort with phone-based videography and basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).  Working knowledge of MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).  Basic understanding of SEO principles, website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) enough to manage external vendors effectively.  Strong written English, able to independently draft case studies, application notes, blog posts, and LinkedIn content without heavy editing.  Ability to understand technical product information from R&D and Technical Sales teams and translate it into customer-facing content.  Other Requirements:   Fluent in English and Hindi.  Able to travel occasionally for trade shows, events, and customer / vendor visits.  Organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple external vendors simultaneously.  Perks & Benefits   Provident Fund & ESIC  Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance  Annual Bonus  Performance Pay  Retention Bonus  Encashable Leaves
