Job Title: Operations Intern – Chess Project Company: Airlearn Location: Bangalore , Domlur Duration: 3 months Stipend: 20k Role Overview Airlearn is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support the Chess learning project. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with educators, and ensuring smooth execution of classes, tests, and student engagement activities. Key Responsibilities Program Execution Support the end-to-end execution of Chess courses, tests, and learning programs Ensure smooth scheduling and coordination of sessions Student Operations Manage student queries and provide timely support Track student participation, attendance, and engagement Follow up with enrolled users to ensure test/course completion Educator Coordination Work closely with chess educators to manage sessions and content rollout Assist in communication between educators and students Data & Tracking Maintain trackers for enrollments, attendance, and performance Identify gaps in the process and suggest improvements Process Management Ensure smooth backend operations and resolve issues quickly Help streamline workflows for better efficiency Requirements Strong organizational and coordination skills Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Interest in chess or edtech is a plus Who Should Apply Students or recent graduates looking for operations experience Candidates interested in edtech, program management, or startups What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in managing live learning programs Exposure to operations, student engagement, and educator coordination Opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) opportunity based on performance
