About Team We are 60+ member team with 55 people in our Plant in Odisha. We are hiring for a Plant Manager in Balangir, Odisha. Responsibilities Build relationship with all Raw material and Ingredient suppliers Prepare SOP & Quality parameters for all ayurvedic ingredients & herbs Implement quality check SOPs prepared across all the Raw material & Finished goods Manage inwarding, storage, processing, packaging & dispatch of Powders & Oils Ensure Quality checks for all products Manage inventory levels & order fulfillment Coordinate logistics & shipping processes Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar role of Herbs Procurement Should know Microsoft Excel and Office Strong organizational and communication skills Strong ability to multitask Plant Details Location - Homeda Plant, Chandanbhati Road, Balangir, Odisha, Office Timings - 10:00am to 7:00pm 6 days Work week
