We’re Hiring: Academic Head | Euro International School, Sikar Permanent | On-Site Looking for a role where you can actually shape academic outcomes , not just manage them? Euro International School is looking for a modern, data-driven Academic Head to drive learning excellence and strengthen student retention through structured systems, team alignment, and performance tracking. What you’ll be responsible for: • Improving student learning outcomes across grades • Strengthening student engagement and retention • Using data and dashboards to drive academic decisions • Building structured academic systems and processes • Leading and developing academic teams with clarity and accountability • Integrating technology, digital tools, and AI into academic workflows What we’re looking for: • 2-5 years of experience in school academics or related field  • Prior academic leadership experience • Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum • Strong team leadership and people development skills • Interest in pedagogy and continuous improvement • Comfort with data, dashboards, and performance tracking • Familiarity with Generative AI and digital tools in education • Strong documentation and system management capability What success looks like: • Improved academic performance across grades • Stronger student retention and parent satisfaction • Structured systems and consistent academic delivery Location: Sikar, Rajasthan If you’re someone who believes academics should be structured, measurable, and continuously improving , we’d like to connect.
