About the Role To drive sustainable revenue growth within the assigned territory by strategically planning, executing, and managing all sales activities. This includes consistently achieving sales and collection targets and executing effective demand generation initiatives to support business expansion and long-term customer engagement. Key Activities Sales & Collections Drive sales growth and ensure timely collections as per company norms Ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales and collection targets. Demand Generation Demand generation initiatives to support business expansion Team Monitoring Supervise and support a team Trade Partner Engagement Maintain regular follow-ups with trade partners and distributors. Training & Farmer Meetings Conduct field training programs and organize farmer engagement meetings and other marketing activities, FD, Demos Reporting Provide regular reports on sales performance and collection, team activities, and market trends. Qualifications Academic and professional qualifications Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agri-Business, or related field (MBA preferred) Experience Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Agri-input sales.
