Job Title: Senior Executive – Offensive Security Experience: 3+ Years Location: Andheri, MumbaiJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled Offensive Security Specialist with a strong background in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, and Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS). This role is focused on evaluating and strengthening the organization’s security posture through controlled and monitored offensive security activities conducted in non-production environments.Key Responsibilities:Execute red team simulations, penetration tests, and BAS scenarios aligned with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.Develop and maintain testing methodologies in accordance with OWASP, NIST, and other industry standards.Identify, analyze, and validate vulnerabilities across applications, networks, and identity systems.Conduct controlled adversary simulations to assess detection and response capabilities.Collaborate with SOC, Network Security, and XDR teams to validate alerts and enhance detection coverage.Document findings clearly and provide actionable remediation recommendations to stakeholders.Additional Information:Candidates with immediate availability or a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.Interested candidates can share their CV at .
