This position is part of the Service Desk team and is responsible for providing high-quality technical support to clients, primarily supporting French-speaking users.The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing service requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will work across a range of technologies within End-User Computing (EUC) environments, ensuring seamless user experience and timely issue resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Service Desk support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systemsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and virtual desktop (VDI) issuesSupport and manage Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and group policiesAdminister and support Microsoft 365 (O365) environmentsProvide support for Citrix and Omnissa (VMware Horizon) VDI environmentsAssist with endpoint solutions such as IGEL OS and devicesMaintain clear and effective communication with French-speaking customersEnsure timely resolution of incidents while meeting SLAsDocument issues, resolutions, and processes accuratelyQualifications & SkillsProven experience in a Service Desk / Technical Support roleStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsHands-on experience with:Active DirectoryMicrosoft 365 (O365)Citrix environmentsOmnissa (VMware Horizon) VDIIGEL endpoints (preferred)Excellent customer support and communication skillsFluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatoryStrong English communication skillsAbility to work in a hybrid and collaborative environmentGood time management and adaptabilityPreferred QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience working in EUC environmentsFlexible to work in shift rotation
