10th House Pty Ltd 10th House is a Melbourne headquartered offshore resourcing firm that partners with leading Australian mortgage broking, accounting, financial planning, and SMSF practices. We are scaling our Ahmedabad delivery team and looking for sharp, detail oriented Loan Processors to join us.About the RoleAs a Loan Processor, you will support Australian mortgage brokers across the full loan lifecycle, from data collection to settlement. You will work directly with broker teams, applying lender policies, structuring applications, and ensuring a clean, compliant submission every time.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and package residential and commercial loan applications across major Australian lenders.Conduct serviceability calculations, NCCP compliant needs analysis, and supporting document reviews.Lodge applications via aggregator platforms such as Mercury, Salestrekker, Podium, BrokerEngine, and Loanapp.Manage post submission workflows including conditional approval, valuation, formal approval, and settlement coordination.Liaise with lenders, valuers, solicitors, and clients on behalf of the broker.Maintain accurate records in CRM and aggregator systems with strong audit readiness.Apply credit policy interpretation across major banks, second tier lenders, and non bank lenders.What We Are Looking For2 to 6 years of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing or broker support.Working knowledge of NCCP, Best Interests Duty, and standard broker compliance frameworks.Hands on experience with at least one aggregator platform (Connective, AFG, Loan Market, Finsure, Outsource Financial, or similar).Strong understanding of serviceability calculators across lenders.Excellent written English and clear verbal communication for direct client and lender contact.High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple files in parallel.Bachelor's degree preferred. Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is a plus.
