Our work spans digital content creation, brand identity development, campaign design, and integrated communication strategies that elevate brand visibility and engagement.Role Overview:We are looking for a highly creative and visually driven Creative Visualiser to join our team in Mumbai.This role will act as the creative backbone of our content production—bridging the gap between ideation and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clear, trend-relevant, and aesthetically strong creative direction to video editors, graphic designers, and photographers, ensuring every output aligns with brand identity and stands out in a competitive digital landscape.Key Responsibilities:Lead the creative direction for social media content, ensuring consistency in visual language, tone, and overall brand aesthetics.Guide video editors on clip selection, sequencing, pacing, transitions, and overall storytelling approach.Suggest music, audio trends, and sound design references aligned with content themes and platform trends.Provide direction on motion graphics including text placement, typography styling, animations, and visual hierarchy.Work closely with graphic designers to define layouts, compositions, color usage, typography, shadows, and innovative design treatments.Conceptualize out-of-the-box visual ideas and content formats that enhance engagement and brand recall.Direct and assist during shoots by guiding photographers/videographers on angles, framing, lighting, styling, shot executions and references for execution teams.Ensure all creatives meet quality benchmarks and are aligned with the latest social media trends.Review and provide constructive feedback on all creative outputs before final delivery.Collaborate with social media managers and content teams to align creative output with content strategy and campaign goals while maintaining a repository of creative references, mood boards, and trend insights for ongoing inspiration.
