We're Hiring: SEO Executive | Noida Sec-4 | On-SiteLocation: Noida, Sector 4, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 3+ Years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month Employment Type: Full-Time | On-SiteAs we scale our content and organic presence, we're looking for a sharp, data-driven SEO Executive to join our in-house team in Noida and help us dominate search rankings across all our platforms.If you live and breathe keywords, love cracking Google's algorithm, and want to work on real websites with real traffic, this role is for you.---Key Responsibilities:On-Page SEO • Perform keyword research and map keywords to target pages • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and content structure • Conduct regular on-page audits and fix SEO issues across websites • Ensure proper internal linking and content hierarchy • Optimize images, page speed, and Core Web VitalsOff-Page SEO • Plan and execute link-building campaigns (guest posts, niche edits, outreach) • Identify and pursue high-DA backlink opportunities • Monitor and disavow toxic/spammy backlinks • Build relationships with relevant bloggers and website ownersTechnical SEO • Perform technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush • Identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, and redirect issues • Manage XML sitemaps and robots.txt • Ensure proper schema markup and structured data implementation • Monitor indexing status via Google Search ConsoleContent & Strategy • Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-optimized articles and guides • Develop content calendars aligned with keyword opportunities • Track competitor strategies and identify content gaps • Report weekly/monthly on rankings, traffic, and performance KPIs---✅ Requirements:• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency required) • Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4) • Working knowledge of Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz • Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Strapi, etc.) • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable reading data and drawing insights • Ability to manage multiple websites simultaneously • Good communication skills in English---What We Offer:• ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience) • Work with real, high-traffic international gaming platforms • Collaborative and growth-focused work environment • Opportunity to take ownership and grow into a Senior SEO role • On-site role in Noida Sec-4 with a young, energetic team---We're hiring on priority — shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 48 hours. ⚡
