We deliver the right professionals to drive your business success in today’s dynamic and competitive landscape.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Regulatory & Quality Compliance Specialist to support a fast-growing dietary supplement company in strengthening its FDA and cGMP compliance operations.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who has worked inside compliance environments and understands how to support audits, organize quality systems, and maintain regulatory standards.You will work across regulatory, quality, documentation, and supplier compliance functions — helping ensure the business is audit-ready and operating within FDA guidelines.Flexible working hours (PST overlap preferred)Responsibilities:Support FDA audit preparation and response effortsAssist in drafting responses to audit findings (e.g., FDA 483 observations)Execute and track CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)Organize and maintain SOPs and compliance documentationManage document control and versioning systemsReview product labels and marketing claims for regulatory complianceMaintain supplier documentation including COAs and certificationsSupport supplier compliance tracking and auditsRequired Qualifications:3–6 years of experience in dietary supplements or food complianceExperience supporting FDA audits or audit preparationStrong understanding of cGMP (21 CFR Part 111)Experience with CAPA processes and quality systems (QMS)Familiarity with document control systems (Google Drive or similar)High attention to detail and strong documentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:PCQI certification (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual)Experience working with third-party labs (e.g., Eurofins)Background in CBD or supplement brandsExperience with supplier compliance or audits
